Wednesday Morning 11am Meditations 


11.00 am – 11.30 am

These sessions are suitable for people who are new to meditation and for those who have more experience.


The classes will run in 12 week cycles which include the following meditations.


1. Mindfulness of breathing 1
2. Mindfulness of breathing 2
3. Nine round breathing
4. Mindfulness of body
5. Precious human life of leisure
and opportunity
6. Interconnectedness
7. Impermanence
8. Body of light
9. Equanimity and loving kindness
(Four Immeasurables)
10. Great Compassion
11. The nature of reality
12. Integrating the practice in daily life


People may attend the whole program or drop in for single sessions. The atmosphere is open and relaxed. You are welcome to join the group for coffee and conversation in Café Bliss afterwards.

This enables the Tara Institute community to support the dharma and allow us all to receive precious teachings from Venerable Geshe Doga and Geshe Lobsang
