Venerable Lhamo

Ven Lhamo November 2011 at TISpiritual Program Coordinator

Venerable Lozang Lhamo has spent the past 7 years living, studying and working at Chenrezig Institute in Queensland.  She was fortunate enough to have completed a full 5 year round of the Buddhist Study Program, during which time she was also able to serve the community as the Gompa Manager, SPC and audio technician at various times, straight from ordination right through until her move to Tara Institute in January 2012.

Ven. Lhamo hopes to be able to serve Tara Institute long into the future and looks forward to becoming a part of the community and receiving teachings from Geshe Doga, who she see as inseparable from her own teacher Geshe Tashi Tsering.

Dharma Quote

Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can't help them, at least don't hurt them.
